Psychotherapist

“Once we believe in ourselves, we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight, or any experience that reveals the human spirit.” E.E. Cummings

Katey is a psychotherapist specializing in trauma, C-PTSD, and re-parenting. Known for her compassion, humor, (and dose of refreshing irreverence!), Katey believes that the foundation of healing lies inside a deeply reparative, therapeutic relationship. In this safe space, her clients feel truly met and able to experience all of themselves.

Katey holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and received a Master’s Degree in social work from Bryn Mawr College. In addition, she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional; a Certified Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Practitioner; a Peaceful Parenting Instructor; a Circle of Security Facilitator; a Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Practitioner; and a Brainspotting Practitioner. When she’s not working, Katey enjoys hiking, traveling, and playing soccer with her three kids.
