Therapy is so helpful in uncovering patterns of behavior and beliefs which keep us stuck and from living our authentic self. Together with your therapist, you will unravel some experiences, past and present, which impact your life, and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. We will help you explore some of your core beliefs about yourself and the world around you, as well also practice ways to challenge and redirect thoughts to the present, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. 

Our therapists strongly believe in using evidence based approaches, which means using forms of therapy which are proven to work. We have therapists who specialize in Cognitive Behavioral approaches, such as, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, as well as up-and-coming therapies, like EMDR and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Our therapists are passionate about creating holistic approaches to address the entire person. Our ultimate goal is for you to not only feel better, but also to have the tools to make lasting changes, and become more empowered within yourself.
