Psychotherapist

“The best way out is always through” - Robert Frost

Being a therapist has been my calling since I was in my early teens. During my time at Penn State University, where I received a BA in Psychology and a BS in Rehabilitation & Human Services, my career was solidified by a counseling internship working with incarcerated people. I immediately went on to obtain my MA in Rehabilitation Counseling at George Washington University and spent the next 5 years working in community based mental health. I transitioned to private practice in 2020, which has been a dream come true as it allows me to focus solely on therapy. Outside of New Jersey I also maintain clinical licensure in Washington, DC and am certified to provide teletherapy in Florida and Vermont.

My passion is helping adults deal with the challenges they face while cultivating the skills needed to lead happy, peaceful, and purposeful lives. Whether you’re dealing with general feelings of unhappiness, depression, anxiety, anger, resentment, low self-esteem, or experiencing challenging reactions to relationship issues, life transitions, grief, or trauma, I am here to help you on your path to healing. My clinical specialty is perinatal mental health, including pregnancy/infant loss, infertility, postpartum, and adjustment to parenthood. I am trained by Postpartum Support International, of which I am also a member, and am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD/anxiety.

I love to cook, and in my free time I enjoy being outside – either on the beach or on my snowboard, and whenever possible, travel the world.
